Identifying ADD & ADHD Behavioral Issues
We ask patients for information from a number of different sources when evaluating for Attention Deficit Disorder:
- A simple one-page letter from the present teacher, or the teacher who knows the child best, regarding the issues that are prompting the evaluation;
- A copy of this year’s and the previous year’s entire report cards (not just the grades);
- The Vanderbilt assessment (if available)
