Michael Glines, M.D.
After 41 years practicing medicine, I retired in August, 2018.
I grew up in northern New Jersey. I went to the University of Rochester, in Rochester, New York, for my undergraduate studies. I came to St Louis in 1969 to attend the Saint Louis University Medical School. Upon graduation I chose to specialize in pediatrics and spent three years at Cardinal Glennon Hospital to learn about my chosen field. I was the chief resident in my final year.
My entire professional life has been spent in the greater St Louis area. My first year of private practice was in south St Louis county, and then in 1976 I began my solo practice in Jefferson County. In 2002 I moved my practice to its present location on Old HiWay 21 at Jefferson Pediatrics.
I have two sons and three grandchildren. I enjoy gardening, bike riding and caring for my salt water fish tank. I mainly enjoy avidly following the exploits of the St Louis University basketball Billikens, the St Louis Cardinals and the St Louis Blues. |
